The school boasts of a high passing rate among it students because of its small class size, which enables instructors to give personal attention to each student. In addition, the school offers review classes to students prior to taking the certification exam.
Uplift’s purpose is to improve the nursing industry by providing high quality training for nursing assistants and home health aides. |
Uplift will help nursing assistants pass the state mandated certification examination by providing both theoretical trainings as well as practical training that nurses and nursing assistants need to perform their duties efficiently.
- Procedure for Enrolment
Below is the procedure for enrolment. 
Complete the application for admission and pay $50 non-refundable application fee (see below to download forms)·
Submit a health record prior to attending classes. (A health record form will be provided by the school)·
Complete placement interview.

** For students who have recent physical and TB test, or who will be doing this at their doctor's office, processing fee will NOT be charged. Physical must be less than 12 months old. Such students must have their physician complete a medical form from Uplift learning Center. No other forms will be accepted. Phlebotomy students must also provide record of immunization for Hepatitis
